We offer free shipping to all locations within Turkey.

Free Returns & Exchanges

You can return or exchange the products you purchased within 14 days after receiving your delivery, free of charge. The products must remain in a resalable condition. Returns will not be accepted if the product, its box, or packaging is deformed in any way. Any tape, labels, or similar items applied to the product packaging or box will cause the product to lose its resalable condition, and therefore, the return will not be accepted.

You are entitled to one free return shipment per order. If your order contains multiple items and you choose to return them separately, you will be charged a shipping fee of 79 TL for each additional return package after the first free return.

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to you with the shipping costs payable by you.

Refunds

If the returned products meet the return conditions, the refund process will be completed within 10 days and submitted to your bank. The refunded amount will be reflected on credit cards within 1-3 business days on average, while this process may take longer for debit cards depending on your bank. Refunds for installment payments will be made in installments according to the bank's processes. You can follow the refund process by contacting your bank.
