Return Process

Our return process is free of charge. You can return unused products within 15 days of the delivery date, provided that the tags have not been removed, the products remain in a resalable condition, and all accessories are intact. Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.

Steps to Complete Your Return:

1. Place the items to be returned inside the package.
2. Write the code "856372551" on the package.
3. Deliver the package to the nearest MNG Cargo branch.

Please note that the return process cannot be completed until the above steps are followed. If any items are missing during the return, the shipping cost for resending the items will be the responsibility of the customer.
